Carbolite Gero Limited Thermocouple Calibration Furnace PTC 12/20/150

Description
Thermocouple Calibration Furnace Carbolite's 1200°C Thermocouple Calibration Furnaces can calibrate most types of thermocouples up to 1200°C (2192°F), and accept thermocouples up to 7.5 mm diameter. These unique thermocouple calibration furnaces are intended for applications where portability is an important consideration. These furnaces' rapid heat-up and stabilization make them ideal for on-site checking of thermocouples with minimum downtime. Our thermocouple calibration furnaces are designed for calibration by the comparison method. This method compares the thermocouple being tested with a reference thermocouple combined with reference temperature indicators. Built-in reference temperature indicators provide temperature readout in 1° resolution. Thermocouples being calibrated must be connected to a user-supplied readout or optional Carbolite Independent Temperature Readout. Readout temperatures can be checked against the reference temperature, and any error used to correct all readings taken by the thermocouple being calibrated. Carbolite's 1200°C Thermocouple Calibration Furnaces Feature: • Carbolite calibration certificates stating temperature error between work space temperature and indicated temperature at 700°C and 1100°C • High-conductivity alloy work tubes, which assure outstanding thermal uniformity within the calibration work zone • PID instruments with latest temperature control technology to precisely control calibration work zone temperatures • Three insulating end plugs (one each: 1.5 mm diameter hole, 3 mm diameter hole, and solid) Item # Max. OD of Calibrated Thermocouple Working Temprature Range External Dimensions TC Type Furnace Voltage Max. Power PTC 12/20/150 7.5 mm 400-1200°C 15.75 x 12.25 x 9.00 inch N 120V 1.1 kW
