Thorlabs offers ground glass and engineered diffusers as well as diffuse reflectors. The engineered diffusters are offered unmounted, mounted, and AR coated on N-BK7 substrates and unmounted on a UV Fused Silica substrate. Diffuse reflectors are available with either a UV enhanced aluminum or protected silver HR coating deposited on the surface. Our Ground Glass Diffusers are ideal for general purpose applications, whereas our Engineered Diffusers have a much more controlled diffusion.
