ThermoDyne DynaGuard Panel™

Description
Microporous Insulation has begun to find its way into the industrial marketplace where there are considerable gains to be found in its exceptional thermal management abilities. In applications as small as hobby kilns to large operations like aluminum carbon bakes, the presence of a microporous layer in place of or within a composite lining can save/retain as much as 30% or more of the heat energy normally lost in linings without microporous materials. This form of conservation translates directly to overall energy cost savings since less heat energy loss also means that less energy is required to keep the application at its desired temperature and conditions. Microporous materials are also ideal for reducing the re-heat time associated with molten metal applications, and can be used to increase the distribution and homogeneity of heat throughout, both reducing the risk of isolated hot spots and improving product uniformity
