Texas Instruments LM5101AMX/NOPB

The LM5101AMX/NOPB is a 3-A, high-voltage, high-side and low-side gate driver designed to drive both N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It features independent CMOS or TTL logic inputs, a bootstrap supply voltage up to 118 V, and propagation delays of 25 ns typical with 8 ns rise and fall times driving a 1000-pF load. The device includes undervoltage lockout on both high-side and low-side rails and integrates a high-voltage bootstrap diode. It is packaged in an SOIC-8 configuration measuring 3.91 mm × 4.90 mm, with an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The part meets RoHS standards and is rated for automotive and industrial applications with AEC-Q200 qualification.
