The LM5109A is a high voltage gate driver designed to drive both high-side and low-side N-Channel MOSFETs in half-bridge configurations, with a 1A peak output current and support for bootstrap supply voltages up to 90V. It is available in an SOIC-8 package, with typical propagation times of 30ns and rise/fall times of 15ns for a 1000pF load. The device features TTL-compatible inputs, independent control of high and low-side outputs, and under-voltage lockout on both supply rails. The LM5109AMAX variant is supplied on tape and reel.
