The DRV8353RSRGZR is a three-phase smart gate driver for brushless DC motor applications, housed in a 48-pin VQFN package measuring 7.00mm × 7.00mm with an exposed thermal pad. It supports SPI interface and includes an integrated 350-mA buck regulator, triple adjustable-gain current shunt amplifiers, and smart gate drive architecture with adjustable slew rate, dead-time control, and gate short-circuit protection. Operating from 9 to 100 V, it provides up to 1-A peak source and 2-A peak sink current for gate drive. Features include undervoltage lockout, shoot-through prevention, thermal warning and shutdown, and a fault indicator pin.
