Techni-Gold 434 HS Acid Pure Gold has been designed to produce a gold deposit that has 99.99+ % purity with a hardness of of 80-90 Knoop 25. The deposit meets Mil-G-45204C, Type III, Grade A requirements. TECHNI-Gold 434 HS is operated at 1 tr. oz. / gallon nominal, and will plate bright in a range of 1-10 ASF at 145 - 155 ° F. . The typical operation at 3 ASF with a plating time of 12-14 minutes will deposit 2.5 microns. The contact resistance is 0.3 milliohms/cm2 and the gold deposit density is 18.5 g/cc.
