These brushes are made with a double-stem, double-spiral construction for use in power tools where heavy-duty cleaning and deburring is required. This construction produces the highest brush density and is the strongest twisted wire brush available.
Our standard Power Tube brushes come in various specifications and are available with high carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, and nylon filaments. Other brush diameters and filament sizes are available upon request.
Power tube brushes are most commonly used in portable tools and drill presses for maximum cleaning and deburring in machined parts.
