The DPX60-24S05 is a 60W, single-output, isolated DIN-rail mount DC-DC converter designed to generate a regulated 5V output from a 18-36Vdc input. It features 1600Vdc input-to-output isolation, convection cooling, and operates over a temperature range of -40 to +85°C with derating at high ambient temperatures. The unit meets EN55032-B conducted and radiated EMC limits, complies with CE and UKCA markings, and satisfies MIL-STD-810F shock and vibration standards. Peak-to-peak output ripple and noise is specified at 75mV, with an efficiency of 86% and a no-load input current of 155mA. The package dimensions are 24.5 x 57.6 x 125.0 mm, and it weighs 182g. Overcurrent and short-circuit protection operates in hiccup mode with auto-recovery.
