The 500A series is a high voltage capacitor charging power supply designed for OEM applications, delivering up to 500W continuous DC power and 550J/sec peak charging power. The 500A-3kV-NEG variant provides a 0 to 3kV output with negative polarity, housed in a compact air-cooled package measuring 146mm wide, 141mm high, and 361mm deep. It supports selectable 110VAC or 230VAC input, offers better than 85% efficiency, and includes a full remote control interface via a 15-pin D-sub connector. Output is air-insulated with an RG58/U coaxial cable and MHV connector. The unit is certified to UL60601-1 and features protections against overloads, arcs, overvoltage, and overtemperature. Pulse-to-pulse repeatability is ±0.2% up to 300Hz.
