The Swissbit F-50 Series is an industrial CFast 2.0 card with SATA III interface, designed for embedded applications requiring high endurance and reliability. It has a form factor of 36.4 mm × 42.8 mm × 3.6 mm and supports capacities up to 256 GBytes, including the 128 GByte variant. The commercial temperature grade operates from 0 °C to 70 °C, with an operating voltage of 3.3 V ± 5%. Sequential read performance reaches up to 500 MBytes/s and sequential write up to 330 MBytes/s. It uses MLC NAND flash, features active wear leveling, power fail protection, S.M.A.R.T. monitoring, and AHCI/NCQ/TRIM support. Data retention is rated at 10 years at life begin and 1 year at life end. The device meets SATA Revision 3.1 specifications and has a mean time between failures exceeding 2,000,000 hours.
