The Spectrex Extinguishing Cylinder is specifically designed for Military Tactical and Combat Vehicle Systems.
The cylinders contain the environmental friendly fire suppression agent, HFC 227. The special design of the cylinder's valve enables rapid valve opening.
Cylinders are available in various capacities, conform to either DOT or EU standards and include safety devices such as safety relief valve and anti recoil device.
The deflector (PN 764470), which is attached to the cylinder outlet, provides homogeneous dispersion of the extingusing agent within the protected volume (click here for outline drawing).
