SlipNOT Metal Safety Flooring Aluminum Plank Punched

Description
SlipNOT® aluminum plank grating provides a strong, lightweight flooring alternative to bar grating and fiberglass. Punched aluminum with a SlipNOT® coating allows light and liquids to drain through, like bar grating, but provides the additional surface coverage and slip resistance needed to prevent slip and fall accidents from occurring. The flush top of punched plank provides maximum foot contact and the same strength-to-weight ratio as bar grating. Punched aluminum has internal rigivity due to the extruded aluminum manufacturing process, and makes it less suseptible to damage. Product Information: Aluminum plank grating thicknesses: 3/4’’, 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 1-3/4”, 2”, 2-1/4”, 2-1/2” Aluminum plank grating widths: 6”-36” Aluminum plank grating lengths: up to 20’ Punched aluminum can be custom fabricated to meet job specifications Available SlipNOT® surfaces: Aluminum Surface on Aluminum, Steel Surface on Aluminum, Stainless Steel Surface on Aluminum Available SlipNOT® finishes: Mill or Painted Punched aluminum is available in: Grade 1 (Fine), Grade 2 (Medium) or Grade 3 (Coarse – steel surface only) Div 5 CSI Classification Code: Metal Gratings (05 53 00), Shop-Applied Coatings for Metal (05 05 13), Common Metal Materials (05 05 00), ADA Tactile Warning Surfaces (32 17 20) Available trim or load banded Standard tolerance: + / – 1/4” LEED: The recycled content of SlipNOT® products varies depending on the source of the substrate. However, based off of an average provided by the mills and vendors we use most often, SlipNOT® aluminum plank grating has a minimum of 40% recycled content and up to 83% recycled content. By specifying SlipNOT® products your project may be eligible for LEED credits.
