The SKY13630-11 is a double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) diplexer antenna switch module with integrated 5 GHz WIFI rejection filter. The switch provides very high linearity for DL carrier aggregation, and very low insertion loss at high band. Switching is controlled by an integrated Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI) controller. No external DC blocking capacitors are required as long as no DC voltage is applied on any RF path. The SKY13630-11 is provided in a compact 28-pin, 2.4 x 4.0 x 0.9 mm maximum MCM that meets requirements for board-level assembly.
