The Si83412BAA-IF is a 2 channel device integrating safety rated isolation in a compact DFN package. The logic interface is 2 low-power CMOS digital inputs. The Si83412BAA-IF is loaded with protection features to prevent switch damage making it the most rugged and reliable switch on the market. It also provides 8 different diagnostic reports to the MCU, ensuring customers have detailed information about how the switches and their loads are behaving on the other side of the isolation barrier.
