The SDS5104X is a 1 GHz, 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope with a 5 GSa/s sample rate and 250 Mpts per channel record length. It uses SPO technology to achieve 110,000 wfm/s waveform capture rate in normal mode and 500,000 wfm/s in sequence mode, with 256-level intensity grading and color temperature display. A 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen supports multi-touch gestures. It includes 16 optional digital channels with 1.25 GSa/s sampling and 62.5 Mpts record length, and a built-in 25 MHz arbitrary waveform generator. Advanced triggers, serial bus decoding (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, and others), 50+ measurements, 2 Mpts FFT, and analysis tools like histogram and Bode plot are supported. Interfaces include USB Host/Device, LAN, VGA, and 10 MHz I/O. Standard probes are SP3050A, one per channel.
