The DFL series AGV is a modular, universal-chassis automated guided vehicle designed for floor lift, towing, and low-transfer applications up to 10,000 pounds. It features a 24-volt electrical system with a 2.5 kW AC drive motor, dual 12V 332 AH sealed TPPL batteries, and a tape-free inertial navigation system using a solid-state sensor. The vehicle has a turning radius defined by pivot about the inside rear wheel, 8-inch caster wheels, and a 10.6-inch diameter Vulcolan drive wheel. Positioning accuracy is ±1 inch longitudinally and latitudinally. It includes safety-rated laser scanners, fail-safe electric brakes, and an iQ-CAN™ visual control system with WiFi or 900/450 MHz RF communications. The unitized steel frame weighs approximately 800 pounds plus attachments.
Savant Automation’s DFL series AGV uses a universaluse, base chassis design for all applications. Because it is modular, it can be provided with various rear load attachments to adapt to load pick/drop & transport needs.
