The ATS605LSG is a dual output differential speed and direction sensor IC designed for rotational position sensing with a ferrous gear target, featuring an integrated back-biasing magnet in a 4-pin SIP package. The ATS605LSGTN-R-H-T variant provides inverse direction on OUTA and XOR speed on OUTB, with a double-bandwidth configuration supporting up to 40 kHz operational frequency. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40 to 150°C, with a supply voltage range of 4.0 to 24 V. Output stages are open-drain with a maximum sink current of 25 mA and low output saturation voltage of 350 mV at 10 mA. The device includes integrated digital signal processing to maintain accurate switch points across air gap, speed, and temperature variations.
