The ACS718KMATR-20B-T is a high-isolation, linear current sensor IC in a 16-pin SOICW wide-body package, designed for AC or DC current sensing in industrial and communications systems. It operates from a 5.0 V single supply and provides a ratiometric output proportional to current flowing through its 0.85 mΩ primary conductor. The device is rated for ±20 A continuous current, with a typical sensitivity of 100 mV/A and an operating ambient temperature range of -40 to 125°C. It is certified to IEC/UL 60950-1 Ed. 2 with a dielectric strength of 4800 Vrms, reinforced isolation of 800 Vpeak, and creepage of 8.2 mm. The sensor is factory-calibrated and features chopper-stabilized output to minimize offset drift. The part is marked as Pre-End of Life, with recommended substitutions including ACS37002 and ACS724.
