The A1212LUA-T is a Hall-effect latch from the A1210-A1214 family, designed for automotive and industrial motor commutation with integrated voltage regulation and reverse-battery protection. It operates from a 3.8 V to 24 V supply with a ±30 V absolute maximum voltage rating. The device is housed in a three-lead SIP (suffix UA) through-hole package, rated for ambient temperatures from -40°C to 150°C, and features a magnetic switch point range of -175 G to 175 G. It is AEC-Q100 automotive qualified and includes on-chip protection and low-noise BiCMOS signal conditioning. The chopper-style UA package is not recommended for new designs; the matrix HD style is specified as the current variant.
