The A1212LLHLT-T is a continuous-time Hall-effect latch in a 3-pin SOT23W surface-mount package, designed for automotive and industrial motor commutation. It operates from 3.8 to 24 V with a reverse supply voltage tolerance of −30 V and an output off voltage tolerance of 30 V. The device is AEC-Q100 qualified, supports an operating ambient temperature range of −40°C to 150°C, and has a magnetic switch point range of −175 G to 175 G. It features integrated voltage regulation, reverse-battery protection, and does not require a bypass capacitor for regulator stability. The package is lead-free with matte-tin-plated leadframes.
