The coating provides excellent thermal barrier protection in land based turbine & air engine applications. Saint-Gobain’s #202 powder is approved for CPW 388 and Textron Lycoming M3966. This powder also meets specifications for GE A50TF204 CL-A, PWA 36087 and LCPMC 79774. Saint-Gobain’s yttria zirconia powders offer the highest level of deposit efficiency along with the lowest thermal conductivity to deliver maximum resistance to thermal shock, erosion & corrosion in high-temperature applications. These highly homogenous powders have very low impurity levels, thus reducing sintering. Saint-Gobain offers yttria stabilized zirconia powders in a range of formulations and particle sizes.
