Description
Model SA-200 is an advanced single gas sensor transmitter designed for use with Safeguard Analytics complete range of Model SA2 "smart sensor modules". A diffusion based sensor, with the gas type and sensitivity range determined by installing an application-specific Model SA2 Smart Sensor module. Upon startup, the transmitter automatically outputs the gas type, sensitivity range, serial number, and calibration details (including zero and span data points and the last calibration date). This smart functionality also enables auto-configuration with Safeguard Analytics control systems. Optional intrinsically safe barrier for hazardous environments and choice of housing between ABS plastic for non-hazardous environments and anodized aluminum or stainless steel for hazardous environments.
