The CS42518-CQZ is an 8-channel CODEC featuring eight 24-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs) and two 24-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). It offers a dynamic range of 110 dB for DACs and 114 dB for ADCs, with total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N) at -100 dB. The device supports system sampling rates up to 192 kHz and includes an integrated S/PDIF receiver compatible with EIAJ CP1201 and IEC-60958 standards. The CS42518 provides features such as digital volume control, independent channel gain control for the ADCs, and a high-pass filter for DC offset calibration.
