The WBG-V-M20 Load Ring Vario (part number 7100800) from RUD Chain, Inc. is designed for lifting applications where loads may swivel and tilt. It features a working load limit (WLL) of 4 tons for vertical loading and 8 tons for two-strand lifts, with specific limits depending on the angle of inclination. The load ring can be supplied with various bolt lengths ranging from 20 mm to 223 mm, and it includes a crack-detected nut and washer. The product allows for swiveling under full load, provided the inclination angle is not perpendicular to the screw-in direction. It is suitable for through holes and must be installed correctly to ensure safety during operation. The load ring is not recommended for continuous swiveling under full load and should not be used with aggressive chemicals.
Suitable for all loads which swivel and tilt.
From the factory, bolt lengths from F=20 -223 mm can be suplied ( up to 103 mm thread reach with through thread and from 104 mm thread reach with an approximately 30 mm shank without thread)
When ordering implicitly indicate the required length.
Along with the RUD delivery, a crack detected nut and a washer is supplied.
Swiveling under full load is permissible provided the inclination angle is not perpendicular to the screw - in direction. Not suitable for permanent swiveling under full load.
Suitable for through holes.
