The Qorvo QPC6122 is a Silicon on Insulator (SOI) Single-Pole Double- Throw (SPDT) high isolation absorptive switch designed for uses in cellular, 5G, and other high performance communication systems. It offers excellent linearity, fast switching and high power handling capability. The design is non-reflective as such the RF1, and RF2 ports are terminated with 50 Ω load(s) in the non-throw or OFF state. QPC6122 is JEDEC standard 1.2V, 1.5V and 1.8V positive control logics selectable. The QPC6122 is packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact 2x2mm 12 lead surface-mount leadless package. The switch module is targeted for mMIMO, Macro radios for DPD feedback path and calibration paths.
