Qorvo 6-11 GHz (C, X Band) Low Noise Amplifier MMIC CMD186P3

Qorvo's CMD186P3 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier housed in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface mount (SMT) package. The CMD186P3 is ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are critical design requirements. The broadband device delivers 18.5 dB of gain with a corresponding output IP3 of +28 dBm and a noise figure of 2.1 dB. The CMD186P3 LNA is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD186P3 amplifier is the perfect alternative to costly hybrid amplifiers.
