Qorvo 4-8 GHz (C Band) Low Noise Amplifier MMIC CMD185P3

Qorvo's CMD185P3 is a broadband GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier housed in a leadless 3x3 mm plastic surface mount (SMT) package. The CMD185P3 LNA is ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are critical design requirements. The broadband device delivers greater than 15 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +15 dBm and a noise figure of 1.9 dB. The CMD185P3 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD185P3 amplifier is the perfect alternative to costly hybrid amplifiers.
