The SWT050T-25A-PV is a thermoplastic pressure switch with a PTFE diaphragm and PVC body, featuring a 25 Amp snap-action switch rated for 125 VAC at 1 HP and 250 VAC at 2 HP, with UL recognition and CSA approval. It has a maximum operating pressure of 150 PSI at 70°F, using one of three interchangeable spring ranges (15-50, 50-100, or 100-150 PSI), with the 50-100 PSI range installed by default. The switch includes a 18-inch 3-wire stranded copper cable with PVC jacket, and a 1/2-inch NPT connection. It is NEMA 4X rated, lacks wetted metals or elastomers, and is tested for 1,000,000 cycles. The switch has standard three-terminal configuration with normally-open and normally-closed contacts, and exhibits approximately 40% hysteresis under standard conditions.
