CT-TW is an electrically heated waste gas treatment system with an integrated wet scrubber for efficient gas cleaning. It has a cabinet dimensions of 1300 x 800 x 1930 mm and weighs approximately 600 kg. The system includes DN25 KF flanges for waste gas inlet and bypass, a DN100 flange for clean gas exhaust, and a DN100 flange for cabinet exhaust. Operating pressures range from -0.5 to 130 mbar for waste gas inlets and -7.5 to -10 mbar for clean gas exhaust. Power supply is ~400/208 V, 50/60 Hz. Auxiliary connections include nitrogen at 7 to 10 bar, fresh water at 3 to 7 bar, cooling water at 4 to 6 bar inlet and 0 to 4 bar outlet, and waste water at 0 to 2 bar. Service access is limited to the front side, enabling disassembly in under one minute.
