The Bartell BeadView™ measurement system provides an integrated solution to precisely and repeatedly measure bead characteristics, improving overall quality and reducing scrap.
The industries first noncontact bead measurement system optically captures bead diameter, circumference, height and width while eliminating operator measurement variability and the potential for error. The BeadView™ system can be integrated into new or existing Bartell bead lines and relating measurements collect data for use in analysis of productivity and product quality.
