BSO4™ blind threaded standoffs provide internally threaded mounting for stacking or spacing applications in stainless steel sheets as thin as .040". These fasteners install permanently by squeezing into a properly sized hole, leaving the reverse side flush and smooth. The series is designed for use in stainless steel sheets with hardness HRB 90 / HB 192 or less and offers corrosion resistance similar to 300 series stainless steel. All variants share the same installation requirements and material composition.
These standoffs, which use the proven self-clinching design, install with a squeeze in properly sized round holes - and become permanently mounted in the thin sheet.
Types BSO4 standoffs are for installation into stainless steel sheets as thin as .040”.
