K3 Futura-is PAVCO® 's newest generation ammonia free acid zinc plating system. ZCL K3 Futura consist of two components, ZCL K3 Futura Starter and BRT II. PAVCO® 's ZCL K3 Futura process will produce superior results in the lowest current density areas. The ZCL K3 Futura system will produce under the toughest conditions, including bath temperatures in excess of 100 F and high total chloride concentrations. PAVCO® 's ZCL K3 Futura process contains no ammonia which is advantageous when nickel and copper are present in the waste stream. The ZCL K3 Futura system is water soluble which makes it easy to use and easy to handle.
