The BRx90-75 is a 90 mm frame, 75 mm stack PMDC motor designed for applications requiring high starting torque and continuous operation. This model operates at 12 V nominal voltage with a no-load speed of 3750 rpm and delivers a nominal continuous torque of 0.9 Nm at 2500 rpm. It features an IP54 enclosure, Class F insulation, and reversible operation. The motor has a rotor inertia of 8.65 × 10⁻⁴ kg·cm² and a maximum efficiency of 69%. When paired with the GB9 30:1 composite gearbox, the system achieves an output speed of approximately 100 rpm and an intermittent torque capability of 1.5 Nm. The assembly includes a right-angle configuration with an added length of 138 mm for the gearbox. The motor is available with optional accessories such as brakes and encoders.
