The BRx90-50 is a 50 mm stack, 90 mm frame PMDC motor designed for continuous torque applications. The 781103 variant operates at 24 V nominal voltage with a nominal speed of 3000 rpm, delivering 0.67 Nm continuous torque and 1.17 Nm intermittent torque (S2 - 15 minutes). It features a terminal resistance of 0.294 Ω, stall torque of 5.61 Nm, and maximum efficiency of 81%. The motor has an IP54 rating, Class F insulation, and weighs 3.60 kg. When paired with the GB12 gearbox, the assembly provides a 30:1 reduction ratio, increasing output torque while reducing speed. The motor is reversible and enclosed. Rotor inertia is 6.57 × 10⁻⁴ kgcm². This product is built to EN60034-1:2010 performance tolerances.

The pairing of this motor and gearbox offers 100 rpm and up to 22.8 Nm of torque in intermittent operation (S2 – 15 minutes).
