Overview PILine® positioners have been designed for a wide application area. Firmware features are available for optimizing the individual areas. These can be obtained as a license and, using this, activated in the controller. Slow motion drive The firmware feature C-867.L01, slow motion drive, can be used together with the C-867.2U2 controller for optimizing slow motion. The standard speed range for PILine® ultrasonic drives is specified up to a minimum speed of 2 mm/s. Using C-867.L01 enables constant slow motion in the range of 2 mm/s to 100 nm/s (depending on the mechanics selected) with simultaneous high velocity constancy during operation. Compatibility The C-867.L01 firmware feature is compatible with the following PI controllers: C-867.2U2
