This Valve Brush features (2) 1/4” OD tube inlets. An end plug installed in one of the inlets can be removed to connect brushes in a series. An adjustable precision needle valve controls the flow rate; it has a friction lock to guard against loosening from vibration. The brush holder has (2) 7/32" dia holes for mounting. The bristles are nylon (stainless steel is also available, part no. B309-1X02). The total width of the valve is 2 ¼” and total height is 4 15/16”.
The shank is adjustable to accommodate up to 1/2” of bristle wear. A replacement brush is readily available.
