The G2RL series is a group of PCB-mounted power relays with a low profile of 15.7 mm max. height, designed for use in compact equipment. The G2RL-2 model is a DPDT (2c) relay with a standard contact rating of 8 A at 250 VAC and 8 A at 30 VDC, and a maximum switching current of 8 A. It supports coil voltages from 3 to 48 VDC, including 12 VDC, with a coil resistance of approximately 360 Ω at 23°C and a power consumption of about 400 mW. The relay conforms to VDE (EN61810-1), UL508, CSA22.2, and IEC/EN 60335-1 for HA models. It provides 8 mm minimum clearance and creepage distance, Class F coil insulation, and operates reliably from -40°C to 85°C. Mechanical durability is rated at 20 million operations, and electrical durability is 30,000 operations at rated load. It is RoHS compliant and uses cadmium-free silver alloy contacts.
