The Omron D2F-01 microswitch is an ultra subminiature SPDT switch featuring a hinge lever actuator. It is rated for a maximum current of 0.1A at 30V DC and is designed for applications requiring low operating force, with a maximum operating force of 0.74 N (75 gf). The switch incorporates a snapping mechanism with high-precision split springs for enhanced durability and reliability, achieving a mechanical durability of at least 1,000,000 operations. It is equipped with solder terminals and is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for various electronic applications. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to +85¬8C, and it has an insulation resistance of 100 MOc minimum at 500 VDC. The switch is also designed to withstand a dielectric strength of 1,500 VAC for one minute between terminals and ground.
