The IPS6000 series is an industrial-grade rotary potentiometer designed for continuous 355° angular position sensing with a cast aluminum housing and stainless steel shaft and ball bearings. It features a 5 kΩ nominal resistance, ±0.1% independent linearity (±0.05% on request), and an IP67 rating due to its sealed bayonet-type 7-pin connector and stepped bushing. The sensor supports axial and radial shaft loads up to 360 N, operates at up to 2,000 RPM, and withstands temperatures from -40 to +100°C. It has a typical life of 100 × 10⁶ movements and a recommended wiper current below 1 μA. Mounting is by four clamps, and it is supplied with a mechanical travel of 360°. The electrical connections are freely rotatable and rated IP67.
