The 77260 X-Y-Z Focusing Lens Assembly is used for imaging the output of a monochromator onto a detector or fiber. It has an integral filter holder and manual shutter, and a 20 mm clear aperture. The 77260 holds two lenses; one acts as the condenser, collimating light from the source or monochromator exit, the second focuses the collimated beam. Lens 1 is adjustable ±3 mm in the X and Y directions for precise positioning of the image onto small targets (i.e. fiber bundles). Lens 2 has 2.9 inches (73.7 mm) of Z (focus) adjustment. Requires (1) or (2) 25.4 mm diameter Plano-convex Lenses (ordered separately).
