The 71683 Detector Calibration Module is a BNC to DB15 interface adapter which allows any Oriel unamplified Silicon or Germanium detector to function with the Newport 1936-R/2936-R Optical Power Meter family. With this module connected, the power meter will display the detector output as a current reading.
