PIG® Oil-Only Absorbent Sock SKM210 is a 3-inch external diameter by 4-foot length absorbent sock designed to contain and absorb oil-based liquids on land or water without absorbing water. It features a hydrophobic cellulose filler and a tear-resistant polypropylene skin with UV resistance rated for up to 12 months. Each sock absorbs up to 1 gallon (3.8 liters), with 12 socks per box totaling 12 gallons (45.4 liters) of absorbency. The sock includes an attached string for securing or dipping and contains 95% recycled content. It meets ANSI/ESD STM11.11 and MIL-STD-3010C standards for static decay and complies with 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2), 40 CFR 112.7, and 40 CFR 122.26. It is not recommended for use with acids, bases, or corrosives. The product weighs 16 pounds (7.3 kg) per box and is classified under UNSPSC 47131904 and NSN 7930-01-426-7903.
