NKK Switches Ultra-Thin Rocker GW12LCP

The GW Series ultra-thin rockers are designed for low-voltage, low-current logic-level circuits with a maximum electrical capacity of 0.4VA at 28V AC/DC. The GW12LCP variant features a SPDT ON-NONE-ON circuit, a paddle actuator, and straight PC terminals with 2.54mm x 2.54mm spacing conforming to standard PCB grid patterns. The actuator and case are made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide (UL94V-0), with phosphor bronze contacts gold-plated for low contact resistance (80 milliohms max) and high insulation resistance (500 megohms min). The switch has a 28° angle of throw, a nominal operating force of 1.30N for paddles, and a mechanical and electrical life of 50,000 operations minimum. It operates from -30°C to +85°C and withstands 90-95% humidity for 240 hours at 40°C. The device is not UL-recognized or CSA-certified. Dimensions include a 7.0mm length and 4.5mm width for the body, with terminals spaced at 2.54mm.
