The FD02FR10H-S is a surface mount ultra-thin DIP rotary switch with a 7.7mm square footprint and a height of 3.1 to 3.3mm. It features gull wing terminals for mechanical stability and simplified solder joint inspection. The switch body uses heat-resistant PPS resin to withstand reflow soldering with a peak temperature of 250°C for up to two cycles. Electrical specifications include a resistive load rating of 0.4VA maximum at 20V AC/DC, 100 milliohms maximum contact resistance, and 1 GΩ minimum insulation resistance at 250V DC. The device operates from -25°C to +85°C and has a mechanical and electrical life of 10,000 operations minimum. Gold-plated corson alloy contacts ensure reliable connectivity. Packaging complies with EIA-481-D for tape-reel format.
