NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKM12ATW01-004

The CKM series high-security keylock is a 16mm bushing-mounted switch with a flat key, offering a 3A at 250V AC resistive load capacity, 30,000 mechanical cycles, and 10,000 electrical cycles. It features a break-before-make contact timing, 90° angular throw, and withstands 15 kV ESD. The housing is glass fiber reinforced PBT with a brass nickel-plated flat key, copper silver-plated terminals, and an operating temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It includes epoxy-sealed terminals and an operating torque of 0.04 Nm for flat keys. The part is rated for 1,000 megohms insulation resistance and 1,500V AC dielectric strength between contacts and case.
