NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL13ETW01-006

The CKL13ETW01 is a 19mm diameter high-security keylock with a tubular key and SPDT ON-OFF-ON circuit, rated for 3A at 250V AC resistive load. It features a zinc alloy housing with chrome plating, LCP base, and silver-plated copper contacts with solder lug terminals. The switch operates with a 90° angular throw, has a mechanical life of 30,000 cycles, and an electrical life of 10,000 cycles. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum, and insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC. Dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case for one minute. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. The housing is designed for high security, and terminals are epoxy sealed. Mounting torque is 1.5 Nm maximum.
