NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL13EFW01-019

The CKL series are 19mm diameter high security keylocks with a 90° angular throw for 2-position operation and 45° for 3-position, featuring a break-before-make contact timing. They have a rated electrical capacity of 3A at 250V AC, a contact resistance of 20 milliohms maximum, and insulation resistance of 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC. Dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case for one minute. Mechanical life is 30,000 cycles minimum and electrical life is 10,000 cycles minimum. The housing is zinc alloy with chrome plating, the bushing is 19mm, and the key is either brass with chrome plating (flat) or brass with nickel plating (tubular). The contact terminals are copper with silver plating, and the switch operates from -25°C to +70°C. Mounting torque is 1.5 Nm maximum. The terminals are epoxy sealed.
