NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12BFW01-012

The CKL series comprises 19mm bushing high-security keylocks with flat or tubular keys, rated for 3A at 250V AC resistive load. The housing is zinc alloy with chrome plating, and the contact terminals are copper with silver plating. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case for one minute. Mechanical life is 30,000 cycles minimum, and electrical life is 10,000 cycles minimum. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. Mounting torque is 1.5 Nm maximum. The switch features a break-before-make contact timing, 90° angular throw for two-position models, and an epoxy-sealed terminal design.
