NKK Switches High Security Keylock CKL12BFW01-006

CKL12BFW01-006 is a 19mm diameter high-security keylock with a flat key, SPDT ON-NONE-ON circuit, silver contacts, and solder lug terminals, rated for 3A at 250V AC. The housing is zinc alloy with chrome plating, and the bushing is designed for panel mounting with a maximum panel thickness of 12.6mm. It operates at 90° angular throw, with a nominal operating torque of 0.05Nm for flat keys. Contact resistance is 20 milliohms maximum, insulation resistance is 1,000 megohms minimum at 500V DC, and dielectric strength is 1,500V AC between contacts and case. Mechanical life is 30,000 cycles, electrical life is 10,000 cycles, and it withstands 30G shock and 10-55Hz vibration with 0.7mm peak-to-peak amplitude. Operating temperature ranges from -25°C to +70°C. Installation requires a maximum mounting torque of 1.5 Nm.
